A Challenging Cleaning Experience! — Gina S.Q2 explanation: While the state of my overall dental health was explained, post cleaning issues with my upper gums/possible side effects were not explained. When I returned from the parking lot concerned, I was given a possible remedy to correct the issue. The balance of my day into the evening was quite challenging trying to resolve the upper gum issues. I believe that the issues "could possibly have been resolved" before I left the office and after care instructions provided based on the state of my gums that day. Looking forward to my next experience!
